ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We currently offer free standard shipping worldwide.
- Germany: 5-10 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days
- Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Veloroi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Veloroi is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
